Title: Sales Director

Location: Laurelton, NY

Position Type: Full-time, non union

Salary: $150,000 – $225,000/Year

Job Summary:

This is a new position at Epic which will involve being responsible for our new injectables business, building new customer relationships, contracting new customers, selling and launching injectable items.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Drafting and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports (e.g., sales, awards, and customer service) to executive management.
  • Preparing detailed annual budget forecasting and analysis based on market share targets and revising accordingly throughout the year.
  • Managing the RFP and quotation process and sending approved bid letters to customers.
  • Managing the pricing of new products and providing sell-price recommendations to achieve the company’s throughput & margin targets.
  • Managing regular communications with the Supply Planning Team, including working through supply constraints and shipment timing to maintain and elevate service levels.
  • Completing product management, market analysis, and forecasting according to the company’s budget and target share.
  • Developing creative presentations, updates, and content for the company website, catalog & customer meetings.

  • Excellent, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills to determine service challenges, utilize resources, and put effective solutions into place.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 to 7 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Sales environment.
