Salary Range: Salary depending on experience

This is a fulltime, on-site exempt salaried position. Salary range is based on experience level. Previous Generic Pharma or Pharma experience a plus.

As a Staff Accountant – Gross to Net you’ll be responsible for supporting the Senior Analyst covering Gross to Net functions, and providing general overall support within the accounting/finance department where and when necessary. The ideal candidate should have earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, proven experience in finance management, and sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Essential Job Function Include (But Are Not Limited to):

  • Follow all safety procedures as required by Company policy and immediately report all potential workplace hazards and unsafe conditions to a Supervisor, Manager, Safety Committee member, or Human Resources.
  • Maintain contract and pricing data integrity.
  • Process and reconcile chargebacks, admin fees, bill backs, and other related vendor/customer charges.
  • Process government program rebates and maintain the corresponding filing and documentation.
  • Support state-level tax filing and related documentation/payment processing.
  • Support Gross to Net accruals.
  • Ad Hoc duties and assignments as necessary.
  • Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors to your department are in full
  • compliance with all health and safety procedures and take immediate action to correct
  • those persons in violation.
  • Communicate potential workplace hazards and enforce preventive measures as per company policy.

Required Education and Experience:

  • MBA/MS Bachelor of Science degree and 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in finance management
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Auditing experience preferred.
  • Compliance oriented.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Ideally two years’ experience in a similar role or a proven track record of promotion.
  • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Pharma experience is highly desirable

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Must be able to use a telephone, type, and operate a keyboard and mouse.
