Epic Pharma began operations in 2008 with the acquisition of the former Sandoz facility in Laurelton, New York. Since then, we’ve become a trusted manufacturer of high-quality, affordable generic prescription medications in tablet, capsule, and powder forms across a wide range of therapeutic categories.

Our in-house capabilities include drug development, manufacturing, and packaging, all backed by a commitment to regulatory compliance, quality, and cost efficiency. In addition to our own products, we offer contract manufacturing services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Epic Pharma operates a 110,000 square foot facility with a fully approved FDA and DEA manufacturing facility. We utilize state-of-the-art machinery, technology, and techniques to bring our customers high-quality products on time, every time. We have the ability to manufacture a diverse portfolio of products including CII - CV controlled products.

The facility is equipped with fully validated equipment including mixers, ovens, fluid bed dryers, blenders, granulators, coaters, instrumented tablet presses, capsule fillers, and tablet coaters. The facility is also supported by in-house analytical capabilities including HPLC, GC, IR, UV, automated dissolution systems, and a scanning electron microscope.

Epic Pharma’s advanced EDI capabilities enable secure, real-time exchange of critical business documents—including purchase orders, invoices, and shipment notices.
We support a wide range of transaction sets (e.g., EDI 844, 845, 849, 852, 867) fully integrated with our ERP system to reduce manual entry, minimize errors, and streamline processing. This automation enhances efficiency, ensures compliance, and supports reliable, timely delivery across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

DSCSA
DSCSA

EPIC Pharma is fully compliant with DSCSA requirements, with 100% product aggregation at the unit, case, and pallet levels across all packaging lines. We transmit serialized EPCIS data for sales and transfer shipments to all of our trading partners, including where we serve as a CMO. Our serialization operations are integrated with our ERP system and EDI workflows. We manufacture and package a wide range of products—generics to controlled substances—while adhering to all FDA, USP, and regulatory standards.
